• Extra mattresses or stretchers on the floor for adults at R100 and R50 for children from 2 to 12 each can be made available, only if all beds are full.

Terms & conditions

Check-in time from at 2 pm – Check-out time at 9 am unless otherwise arranged.  

All guests must sign indemnity forms and produce a proof identity on Check-in

Deposit Policy: Deposit of 50 % required within 48 hours to confirm booking, outstanding amount before arrival unless otherwise arranged.

Please note full amount on an accepted quote is to be paid, any adjustments are to be made 7 days before arrival date

A refundable key deposit of R500 per house is compulsory.

Cancellation Policy

• Canceling more than 1 month before the booked arrival date, 50% of the deposit is refundable.
• Canceling more than 2 weeks before the booked arrival date, 25% of the deposit is refundable
• Canceling less than 2 weeks before the booked arrival date, 0% of the deposit is refundable
